Live by eXample Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness competition was held at Prairie State College April 24th 2K10. This was our first such event hosted by myself Tim Richardson the founder and Otis Anderson. Given all the work put in along with my usuall flight schedule, I must say that it was pretty good for the first one. I learned a lot and work to make the next one even better. The next Live by eXample Bodybuilding and Fitness Figure copmetition will be scheduled for April 23rd, 2K11 (2011). I want to thank all of the competitors that participated and those that bought tickets and came to watch. In the next issue of Physically Black Magazine we will talk more about the sport of natural bodybuilding and fitness, where this sport is headed and also interview some of the competitors from this years Live by eXample competition.
